    • Electronic orders for in-store collection

  2. The Controller processes only the Customer's identifying and contact information necessary to fulfil a purchase agreement.

  3. Personal data is processed for:
    • Order confirmation
    • Warranty support
    • Accounting
    • Legal compliance
    Personal data is not published, not sold, and not transferred outside the EU, except to trusted third-party processors listed below.

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Account registration on the website (if applicable).

  2. Processing electronic orders made by the Customer (name, address, email, phone).

  3. Communication regarding orders, services, and warranty.

    Without it, the Controller cannot process the order.

4. DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

  1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfil legal and contractual obligations, typically up to 3 years after the transaction or warranty period ends.

  2. After this period, all personal data will be permanently deleted unless required by Irish law.

Tech Vibe does not provide delivery services.
All orders are in-store collection only, so no shipping company receives Customer data.

All subcontractors comply with GDPR requirements.

Under GDPR, the Customer has the right to:

  2. Rectify inaccurate personal data

  3. Erase personal data (right to be forgotten)

  4. Object to data processing

7. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The Controller declares that all necessary technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal data.

    • Contacting Tech Vibe through online forms

    The newest version will always be available on our website.
