Damages & Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

🇪🇺 EU Consumer Rights (Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.

To qualify, the item must be:

Refunds
